With HALO Bagels we bring freshly baked and hand-rolled sourdough bagels to Berlin. We are a product led company and have dedicated the whole business to making the customer experience right. To uplift and differentiate our product we've decided to produce everything we do in-house and to create our own HALO taste.Next to our product we aim for gracious hospitality at our stores - a place where we intentionally care for our guests and welcome them with our warm hearts.Our ambition of creating FULL CIRCLE MOMENTS represents HALO's holistic view on how we want to bring people together by offering high-quality food and intentional service.
Clementine and Luca bring a big passion for food - especially bagels. When they met in 2024 they knew it was about time to bring handcrafted sourdough bagels to Berlin.
Clementine brings many years from the culinary world. With her French background, taste and cuisine are inherent in her culture.
Luca loves to host and derives energy by providing joyful moments for the people surrounding him. With HALO he wants to create a platform to connect through food.
